What To Expect
Before the workshop, we’ll have a brief call so I can understand your team, your challenges, and what you’re hoping to shift. I design the entire experience around YOUR team — not a one-size-fits-all program pulled off a shelf.
The workshop itself is experiential. Your team will collaborate, problem-solve, and connect through exercises that require real participation — not passive listening. I facilitate the entire experience and debrief afterward so the lessons stick.
