In 60 minutes, I guide your team through a structured centering experience designed to clear the tension, refocus the energy, and bring everyone back to the same page. This isn't a meeting about the problem. This is a reset so your team can approach the problem from a better place.
What Happens In A Session
This is very similar to an executive reset session but for the whole team!
Your team shows up on Zoom. We step out of work mode. I guide the group through a process that releases the buildup — the stress, the unspoken tension, the decision fatigue — and brings everyone back to center. By the end, your team is grounded, aligned, and ready to move forward together.
After a high-conflict week. Before a major decision. When the team is spinning and meetings aren't helping. Anytime the energy in the room needs a hard reset before real work can happen.
