MONTHLY LEADERSHIP TEAM SESSION (90 minutes)

Once a month, I work directly with your leadership team. This isn’t another meeting. This is a space where rank disappears and real conversation happens.

OPEN (Arrive & Reset) - 20 min

Everyone stands up. Takes a breath together. Checks in with one honest sentence about how they’re showing up today. This immediately breaks ‘meeting mode’ and creates a different kind of space.

DEEPEN (The Real Conversation) - 40 min

Guided group conversation around whatever the team actually needs — a specific conflict, a communication pattern, a decision they’re stuck on. I facilitate and mirror back what I see happening in real time. This is where the dynamics become visible.

INTEGRATE (Commitments) - 20 min

What are we taking away? What shifted? What commitments are we making to each other before next month? This is where insight becomes accountability.

CLOSE (Seal the Container) - 10 min

Acknowledge what happened. Breathe together. What was said here stays here. Complete the circuit.

TEAM COMMUNICATION & DYNAMICS ASSESSMENT

I don’t hand out surveys. I observe. In the first team session, I watch how your team naturally interacts — who dominates, who shrinks, who’s the peacekeeper, who’s checked out. By the end of that session, I’ll know more about what’s actually happening in your organization than most people inside it do. That insight drives everything we work on together.

QUARTERLY TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE

Every quarter, your leadership team gets a custom-designed team building experience based on what I’ve observed in our monthly sessions. If the team has a communication problem, the exercise targets communication. If it’s trust, it targets trust. Not generic — specific to what YOUR team needs.

No trust falls. No awkward icebreakers. Real exercises that require actual collaboration, break the usual hierarchy, and build genuine connection. And yes — they’re actually fun. These are designed to be something your team looks forward to, not another obligation on their calendar.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION FRAMEWORKS

I teach your leadership team how to navigate conflict without hierarchy crushing the conversation. How to disagree productively. How to address tension before it becomes a crisis. These aren’t theoretical models — they’re practical tools based on behavioral psychology and real human dynamics.

Optional Add-Ons

These are available exclusively to Tier 2 clients as deeper, standalone experiences outside your regular sessions.

GUIDED TEAM CENTERING  —  $500/session

A group reset and focus session for your leadership team. When things get intense between monthly sessions and the team needs to regroup, this is a targeted recalibration to bring everyone back to center. Scheduled as needed.

ADDITIONAL LEADERSHIP TEAM SESSION  —  $750/session

Need more than one team session per month? Additional 90-minute sessions can be added to address urgent dynamics, prepare for big decisions, or accelerate the transformation.
