The Three-Session Structure
SESSION 1: RECALIBRATION (90 minutes)
Before you can see your direction clearly, we clear what's clouding the view — stress buildup, inherited leadership patterns, fear-based decision making, and the mental noise that comes from carrying too much for too long.
This session removes:
Blocks preventing mission clarity
Patterns obscuring purpose
Inherent conditioning about "who you should be"
Fear-based resistance to your actual calling
Mental and emotional debris that clouds intuition
You'll leave this session energetically clear and ready to RECEIVE.
SESSION 2: PURPOSE MAPPING (60 minutes)
A deep-dive session mapping your core purpose, your specific strengths as a leader, how your mission connects to what you've already built, and concrete next steps.
In this session, we dive deep into things like:
What are you here to build/create/activate?
What's your specific role in the larger picture of your business?
What gifts/skills/resources do you currently have and what do you want to improve?
How does your mission interface with others in your company?
What are the next concrete steps?
You receive a full recording of this session plus written summary.
SESSION 3: INTEGRATION (60 minutes)
Purpose alignment without integration is just information.
In this session, we:
Integrate the mission clarity into your body/being
Addressing the fears and practical concerns that come with changing direction
Create your 3-6 month action plan
Address practical concerns (money, time, relationships)
Ensure you feel READY, not just informed
You will receive a written purpose roadmap.

Heather Zimmerman is a Master Certified Life Coach with a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Penn State. With over 20 years of leadership experience — including managing teams in high-stakes environments where patience, empathy, and meeting people where they are wasn't optional — she brings a rare combination of behavioral psychology expertise and real-world leadership to every engagement.

Q: Can I do all three sessions in one day?
A: We recommend spacing them at least 3-7 days apart for optimal integration. But we can discuss condensed timelines if needed.
Q: What if my mission feels too big/scary/impossible?
A: That's what Session 3 is for. We integrate it into DOABLE next steps. You don't have to do everything at once.
