I was a teenager living in a haunted house, and I was an atheist at the time.
That combination did not leave much room to explain what was happening, and it cracked open everything I thought I knew. I went looking through religions for something that would account for it. None of them quite fit what I already knew to be true underneath.
What I did not understand for years afterward is that I am a natural empath. Without that one piece of information, I spent a long time out of alignment with myself and everybody around me, absorbing other people's emotions without knowing that was what I was doing, feeling things I could not source. I knew I was here for a reason. I could not see what it was.
The turning point arrived in my thirties, and it came from an unlikely direction.
Ghost hunting and genealogy. Learning to use dowsing rods to locate unmarked graves opened a door I did not know was there. From there I started researching energy, the chakra system, auras, universal consciousness. Then developing the gifts themselves, through tarot, automatic writing, scrying, and slowly learning how spirit actually communicates, which is usually not the way you are expecting.
Years of meditation, shadow work, and a real commitment to living mindfully later, the purpose finally came into focus.
What I do now
I work as a Multidimensional Soul Facilitator, which covers spiritual awakening guidance, energy healing, and psychopomp work.
In practice that means I bring clinical, energetic, spiritual, and behavioral analysis into the same room at the same time, to reach the level where a shift actually holds across the whole system rather than just the part you came about.
The work spans Akashic Records readings, channeled guidance, energy healing, inner child work, ancestral healing, and threshold work for both the living and the dead. Anubis is one of my primary guides, which will mean a great deal to some of you and nothing at all to others.
I am not asking you to believe what I do. I am offering another way of looking at it.
Why I hold both
I have a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor's in Psychology. Those taught me how people actually change. The patterns underneath the patterns, the mechanics of behavior and belief.
What they could not teach me was the energetic and soul-level architecture sitting underneath all of that. I had to learn that part by living through it.
You cannot transcend what you have not healed. And you cannot heal all the way without remembering your divinity. I was the person sitting in both rooms being told to pick one, and I have built everything since around refusing.
For sensitive people especially, that integration is the entire thing. The sensitivity that feels like a liability is usually a gift that has been running for years without a framework around it. Building the framework is most of what this work is.
What it is like to work with me
You will always know where you stand.
If nothing comes through, I say nothing came through. If what you need is a doctor or a therapist, I say that. If the answer is that you do not need to buy anything else from me, I say that too, and I have said it more than once.
I go after the root rather than the presenting problem, which is why people tell me a single session moved several things at once instead of the one thing they booked about. What somebody arrives with is almost always the symptom that got loud enough to make them call.
I will meet you where you are and I will not need you to be further along than you are to be worth working with.
And some of my best sessions have had real laughter in them. That is not a break from the work. It is usually a sign that it is landing.
How I Work
No spiritual bypassing. The wounds get healed, the pain gets honored, the shadow work gets done.
And no therapy without soul. We connect to your guides, we work with your energy body, we get you back to your own divinity.
Compassionate without being soft on you. Spiritual without skipping steps. Practical without putting a ceiling on what is possible.
The Book
I wrote Becoming Divine: The Awakening No One Prepared Me For, and the Method That Showed Me the Way.
It traces the path from the first crack in everything I thought I knew through to psycho-spiritual integration, and it holds the foundational teachings of the Self-Spirit Method™ alongside the story that produced them. It is the honest account rather than the curated one.
