Opening and closing cleanly so the channel stays reliable. Telling reception apart from your own thinking, which is the question everybody has after their first session. Protection and discernment. Guides, the records, and receiving for other people.
And a community where you find practice partners, because this develops in the presence of somebody who can confirm what you got. Practicing alone has a ceiling, and it is lower than you would like.

I know this feeling. I lived it.
I did not feel safe in my body for most of my life, and I did not know that was what it was.
I thought I was anxious. I thought I was bad at relaxing. From the outside things looked fine, and inside I was living slightly above myself, braced for something I could not name, never fully landed anywhere.
What followed was a complete dismantling of everything I thought I was supposed to be, and then the slow and sometimes painful and always worthwhile business of rebuilding from something truer.
I hold a B.S. in Psychology from Penn State and an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. I am also a channel, an energy healer, and an Akashic Records reader.
Behavioral science meets energy healing. Structure meets soul. I do not think you have to choose.
