Heather Zimmerman

My background is in applied behavior analysis — the scientific study of what actually drives human behavior beneath the surface level. I spent years working with people whose systems needed to be understood, not just managed. That training shaped everything I do now.

I'm a Master Certified Life Coach who works at the intersection of behavioral science, nervous system regulation, and the inner work that actually produces lasting change in performance and clarity. The leaders I work with don't have strategy problems. They have accumulation problems. And that's exactly what this workshop addresses.
