A channeled message for the collective, from the Galactic Federation, about how to manage external and internal worlds, setting healthy boundaries, and energetic intentions. Received 2/4/2025

"The external world is an ever-shifting place, as is the internal world inside each and every one of you. It is important to realize and understand that the external is merely an illusion. It reflects your inner world, manifest into physical form. As you begin to near the ascension, it Is very important to remember to take time out of your busy day to reflect upon, understand, and shift your inner worlds to create the outer world that you want to experience. Part of the human experience is to truly understand who you are, seeing the spark of Source, the prime creator, within you. One must truly begin to comprehend that very nature of your essence, your being, your soul, to begin creating the energetic vibrations of new earth. Living each moment from the heart, with authenticity, compassion, and unconditional love for all beings, nature, and ultimately yourself, will be a vital step towards reaching ascension and enlightenment. We must remember not to give in to feeding the energies of the chaos that appears to surround you, but to hold love and compassion in your heart for all those involved. An important lesson that you each must learn is to actively listen to others, to current events, and to what is happening in your environment, validating the others’ right to feel how the feel or think how they think, without absorbing the energies into your own auric fields or feeding the energies within them. By setting healthy boundaries and energetic intentions prior to conversing with others, hearing the newscasts, or scrolling through social media, you can accomplish this essential form of self-care. It is possible, you may just need a shift in perspective. Find time to meditate, speak to your guides, listen to your heart, and you will begin remembering how to do this. As we have said many times, everything you need is within you, you must open yourself up to remember and to allow. You’re all doing a wonderful job.
