Soul Foundations takes you through seven essential practices that create the bedrock for everything else in your spiritual awakening — from the way you think, to the way you love yourself, to the way you connect with the universe itself. These aren't random tools thrown together. They're sequenced intentionally, each one building on the last, designed to take you from where you are right now to a place where you trust yourself, your intuition, and your connection to something bigger.
How this course works:
Go in order. Each step builds on the one before it. Manifestation is at the end for a reason — it doesn't work without the foundation underneath it. Trust the sequence.
Each step includes:
An audio lesson walking you through the practice — what it is, why it matters, how it changes your brain and your energy, and how to start integrating it into your daily life.
A slideshow going deeper into the psychology, the science, the spirituality, and the layers underneath the surface.
Practice exercises to bring each concept out of your head and into your body and your life. Try some, try all, take what resonates. Come back to the rest later.

Important reminders:
Take your time. There is no deadline. Some steps will click immediately. Others might take weeks to really land. That's not falling behind — that's your soul processing at its own pace.
Make it daily. These practices aren't homework you finish and forget. They're meant to weave into your mornings, your quiet moments, your real life. The transformation happens when you stop practicing and start living it.
Be honest with yourself. If a step makes you uncomfortable, that's usually where the growth is. But never force it. There's a difference between stretching and breaking. Trust yourself to know which one you're feeling.
You already have everything you need. You always did. This is just the map.
